We are pleased to offer several performance opportunities in 2025-2026!

We will be hosting our formal studio Winter and Spring recitals as usual. There will also be several opportunities to gain performance experience in local festivals, community events, and masterclasses.

We're very pleased to welcome Calgary instructors, Sonia Poon and Colleen Iversen, to our studio to teach our masterclasses!​
Students who are planning to take RCM exams this year are expected to attend this masterclass.

Northwest Music Academy Presents:
A Winter Recital
We're pleased to announce our Winter Recital, happening February 28th, at St. David's United Church.
​
These recitals are the perfect opportunity for both us and our students to showcase all of our efforts through the year. They are also an opportunity for our students learn how to perform under pressure, how to speak in front of a crowd, and how to be a good audience member.
​
Thanks to all of our enthusiastic students and parents, we have more recital participants than ever. In order to allow each student to have more stage time, we will be having three recitals at 11:00am, 12:30pm, and 2:00pm.

Alberta Piano Teacher's Association:
Calgary Festival
APTA's annual Calgary Piano Festival will be held in March. This is an excellent opportunity for pianists of all levels to try out exam pieces, hear feedback from experienced adjudicators, and practice performing!​
